The Nuthatch is beautifully furnished and decorated, centrally heated, with light and spacious accommodation for four/six people and is situated in a quiet location in Lymington (see map). It has a charming, secluded yet sunny garden, offering somewhere to relax and enjoy the summer months with garden table and chairs for eating outside and loungers for sun bathing. Parking space for one car is off street in the private drive right outside the front door; convenient for unpacking when you arrive.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a reverse osmosis water filter system for good drinking water, an electric double oven, gas hob and microwave oven. A fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric toaster, whisk and an electric kettle, and a great selection of crockery and baking dishes. In fact, everything you need to put together tasty meals, especially if tempted to buy local produce at the Saturday market. The dining area is spacious and charming with an old dresser, large table and chairs creating a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy your culinary successes!! Also housed in the kitchen is the iron and ironing board, Dyson cleaner, etc.
The bathroom with a power shower, full-size bath, lots of hot water, a sink and WC.
The two double bedrooms offer you the choice of two wonderfully comfortable king size double beds, one of which can be converted into two single beds. Beautifully furnished, newly carpeted throughout, the bedrooms are stylish and welcoming, with built-in wardrobes providing plenty of space to store away all your belongings and cases. Sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels are all provided and there are comfortable pillows. If required, there is a comfortable double sofa bed in the second living room which will accommodate one adult or two small children.
The living spaces: are decorated in warm soft colours and are stylishly furnished. Open the windows first thing in the morning to enjoy the sunshine filtering through the eucalyptus tree. There’s a CD/tape player, TV, DVD and video. The trusty wood burning stove gives you all the warmth you need, and there is gas central heating throughout should you need it.
The Nuthatch has been fully inspected and assessed by the New Forest Tourist Association and received the following statement
