Please contact us for rates. The rent is inclusive of final cleaning and all linen, electricity, gas, wood and water.

Weeks run Friday to Friday for 7 nights - arrivals 3.00pm, departures 10.00am

Deposit

25% of the total rent is due as a deposit when you book, with the balance payable not less than 8 weeks before your stay begins unless otherwise agreed, i.e. if the booking is made at a late date.

Security deposit

A security deposit of £100 is due for each week’s rent, against loss of keys or breakages. This will be refunded to you the following week after inspection and providing nothing has been lost or damaged.
