What's the catch with the fees? - That's an easy one..

        There is no catch.

Are you telling me that by giving you money, I get back more?

        Easy answer - YES

          Longer explanation
As a business its important that we offer you, our customers,
        value for money.

We have cut out all waste and expense.

We nave negotiated excellent deals with suppliers.

                You get free holiday vouchers.

Oh yes, almost forgot, we help you sell your home.

What's the catch with these holiday vouchers?

All together now... There is no catch.

However, (ah here it comes) you should be looking at the
benefits we offer selling your home.  The vouchers remove
        most of your risk.
They are also a way that we can say thank you to
        our customers.
If you don't want to save money, let us know.  Most people
        seem to.

What can I redeem the vouchers for? - up to 10% (limited to the voucher face vale) of the basic cost of an overseas, domestic (UK) holiday or charter flight selected from most branded tour operators brochures, subject to availability when booked with Ripon Travel Ltd. Domestic (UK) holiday or charter flight redemptions are only allowable at 5%.

Are there any terms with the vouchers? -
Your contract with regard to your holiday booking will be solely with the Holiday and Flight administrators, Ripon Travel Ltd upon their acceptance of your booking.

The cash value of each voucher is 0.0001 pence.

Ripon Travel Ltd have reserved the right to refuse any booking if believed to be fraudulent and we are unable to comment or intervene in any decisions they may make.

The voucher value is not covered by the ABTA Financial Protection Scheme until a booking is accepted by the administrators.

A 1% surcharge will be made on payments to the administrators made by credit card.  No surcharge currently applies to debit cards.

How long do vouchers last? - Vouchers are valid for 24 months
       from date of issue.

With your introductory offer, do I still get vouchers? - That
would be great wouldn't it.  Unfortunately to qualify for the
vouchers you have to spend at least £20.  Coincidentally that
is our first chargeable rung price.

How do I get the photo's to you?  - You can E-mail jpegs, Tiff's or
bitmaps or post prints.  You must keep image files under 200KB
in size . If you post them, we will scan them for you.  Please
remember we want you to sell your home and so the better
the picture the faster the sale.  Please only send un-mounted
pictures.  Please also understand that we can not guarantee
to return all the pictures received unless you supply
adequate
packaging and enough postage to return
them.

Are the details necessary? - No, but buyers do appreciate them.
You may be saving thousands, but you are asking someone to
give you hundreds of thousands for your home.  For them, lets
help them a bit and for you, the more you help them to buy
your home, the easier it is for you to sell it.

What if things go wrong between the buyer and myself?

Keep calm.  Talk to them.  It may be that there is a problem
that can not be resolved but often things can be sorted out.
If you loose your temper with them, it is difficult to go back,
so maintain your control.  If they seem to be loosing their
temper, suggest that they get their Solicitors to write to
yours, stating that they deal with the issues you both have
all the time and that's one of the reasons you both have a
      Solicitor acting for you.

What if I know that there's a problem with my home?

Then take advantage of a local Estate Agent's services.
They should have experience of the issue that concerns you
and you will feel justified in paying a higher fee for the support
       you receive.

What is the simplest option for me? - There are currently two.

       A) Take up our free offer, you don't even have to have a
picture, although it helps.  Get your details listed on the site.

       B) Send in your details under the voucher scheme with your
cheque for the rung you want (£20 minimum) and when you
have sold your home reward yourself with a holiday.

Either way.  Tell everyone you know about this site.  In fact tell
people you don't know as well, it might just be fun!

Please let us know if you have come to this site because a
complete stranger told you about it.

What were the circumstances and are you going to see them
again, or more importantly, buy their property.
