If, for whatever reason, you unfortunately need to cancel your stay, the following will apply:
Period before scheduled arrival date within which notification is received:-
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to date of arrival of the reservation – 100% of the value
Failure to take up reservation without prior notification – 100% of the value
Early termination of your stay – 100 % of the value
8 days or more prior to the date of your arrival – No charge
We therefore advise our guests to consider taking out their own travel insurance.
Trevone is a non-smoking property. Check-in is from 2pm until 6pm. Check-in outside of these times can be done by prior arrangement.
Checkout time the morning of departure is 10.30am.

There is one step to the entrance of the property and a handrail for use when ascending the one flight of stairs to the en-suite rooms. Unfortunately our bedrooms on the first floor are not suitable for wheelchair users.
Guests with a hearing impairment are advised to let us know on check-in so we can make arrangements with a view to fire precautions. Instructions in case of fire can be found on the back of your bedroom door.
