The apartment has a separate bedroom sleeping two which is adjacent to the lounge and looks out onto the walled patio. The downstairs patio area encloses a staircase leading to a private sun terrace, complete with patio furniture and sun loungers.
The lounge has dining area and settee with TV (showing BBC1 BBC2, ITV, C4 and C5) and a DVD. There is a fully fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, sink, fridge and fitted units. Leading from the lounge is a very modern, fully tiled bathroom with a walk in shower, hand basin and wc. A washing machine is also provided.
The apartment is cleaned and provided with clean bed linen prior to your arrival. For bookings of two weeks or more the linen is changed weekly unless other arrangements are agreed.
COSTA DEL SILENCIO AND SURROUNDING LOCAL INFORMATION
Costa del Silencio is just a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport and is situated in the sunny south of Tenerife enjoying year-round sunshine. The area particularly appeals to those who wish to relax and escape the more crowded resorts. However, there are many bars offering evening entertainment and an excellent choice of good quality restaurants.
There is a small supermarket on site and other larger ones within 5 minutes' walk of the complex. The bus service is very good and Costa del Silencio is ideal as buses from here take you to Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Las Galletas and many other destinations.
BEACHES
The nearest coastline is just 10 minutes' walk but for the best beach head to Las Galletas which is a couple of stops on the local and regular bus. Alternatively you can take the scenic coastal walk of around 20 minutes.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFO
Changeover days are flexible depending on existing bookings. The apartment is available from 2pm on arrival day and we ask that you vacate by 10.30 am on departure day. This is to allow the cleaning staff to make the accommodation ready for the next clients. Sometimes it is possible to deviate from these times if there is not a booking following on but this would have to be arranged locally as last minute bookings can arise. Minimum rental charge is 1 week
NOTES
The largest pool is not currently accessible as it is awaiting complete re-tiling. However another small pool on the complex is open.
A new modern bathroom has been installed with a walk in shower. There is no longer a bath. The photos will be updated on the next inspection visit scheduled to be winter 2018.
