I'm currently working for Lloyds Banking Group on the integration of the Halifax Bank of Scotland accounts onto LloydsTSB Systems. I am preominantly working in the Retail Fraud are of the bank matching the LTSB systems to the Target Oeration Model for Fraud Prevention

I have previously worked at:

Co-operative Bank on specifying the requirments and solution for the implementation of the regulatory changes to the Consumer Credit Act 2010. I have helped develop streamlined approach to regulatory change in order to achieve a shorter cycle.

LPI2 Consulting with AXA on their Elevate Wrap Platform. I have helped develop a consistent approach to dynamic document production on the platform, using Thunderhead as the document creation tool.

Assureweb on a project to migrate their Life and Pension Quotation Portal to an improved platform. I am responsible for specifying the individual products from many of Assureweb's providers, Norwich Union, Scottish Equitable, Scottish Life, Friends Provident, AXA, etc.

GlaxoSmithKline on a project to improve Business Inteligence (BI) within their site at Ware in Hertfordshire. I helped develop a solution for the analysis of detailed information of various products that will enable product owner manage their product to a higher standard and aid the production of at least 1 of their big products using advanced forecasting techniques.

Network Rail on a programme management portal as a Business Analyst. Developing a solution for the sharing of information and tender documents with both internal and external stakeholders, that will eventually see improvements to over 250 railway stations throughout England, Scotland and Wales

The Prudential as a Business Analyst on Pensions Simplification (A Day). Gathering requirements for the business stakeholders for the development of a Business Requirement Documentation for the amendment of Business processes and IT systems, facilitating workshops and maintaining dialog with all interested parties.

Openwork (formerly part of Zurich)

I have also completed a lengthy contract with INVESCO Pensions based in Henley-on-Thames.

I have been involved in the migration of data from one pension system to the aquila administrator system (formerly PMS6000).

I have implemented the self service pension administration web site for Clients and Members.

I have also designed, specified and tested a suite of management and client focused reports.

Norwich Union's IFA portal and 'white label' life insurance online illustration and application.
