How to use Glutathione and Carnosine Patches

Place patches on clean skin each morning as indicated. If you experience nausea, rash etc this is a detox reaction. Drink more water and take off the patches. Only use them for an hour a day and then build up till you can wear them all day without problems. The patches have about 15 hours life, so reuse by taping them to the skin if you are unable to tolerate a full 15 hrs straight away. These patches can be used with energy enhancer and IceWave patches at the same time, but not any others.
