This is the story of Lillian Grace Denby, born 8/9/2010 to Ashley and Josh Denby, in Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, Houston, Texas, weighing 1 pound 8 ounces and 11.5 inches tall. She resided in Memorial Hermann Southwest’s NICU until December 21, 2010. Lillian and her dad currently live in Houston, Texas.
We also tell the story of Lillian’s mom’s courageous struggle against malignant melanoma, a struggle which ended on December 13, 2012.
This blog is dedicated to Ashley and to the hundreds of family, friends and strangers who have supported Ashley, Lillian and their family with prayers and love.

Hi- My wife and I recently added another Lillian Grace to the world. 🙂 I stumbled onto your blog on a google search. Great to see your Lillian Grace doing so well! Ours is still in the NICU in Plano, TX. Born on 7/7/2012 @ 29 weeks, 2 lbs. 5 oz., she is 4lbs. 14oz. and off of O2 and really working at the bottle and breast feeding now. So exciting to see the progression of your daughter. Thanks for sharing!
