In reality he spent more time playing
pinball machines than attending the university's classrooms.
In the very early stages of his professional life, his
passion for games led him to manufacture pinball machines
(Gottlieb), video games (Karateco, Atari, Sega etc…),
slot machines (Bally, Bell Fruit) and Poker machines (such
as the unforgettable “The Double”!), first in
Japan, then in France until their ban in 1981.
In the early ‘90s, he introduced scratch games to
the Ukraine and Lebanon, and became owner of numerous casinos.
In one of his casinos, he had “Loto Prono,”
the lottery operator of Romania, as a minority partner.
In Uganda, he was accorded a licence to operate the Lottery
(Lotto 6/49).
His work in the gaming industry has given him the opportunity
and ability to study in depth the inner workings of all
games in general and more specifically of the Lottery.
Italian Businessman, his Book on the identical French lottery,
published in French, "Loto, la Maitrise du Hasard"
is under attack by the French lottery operator, the french
state-owned corporation "La Française des Jeux",
who is trying to prohibit its distribution.
He hopes that he will not find in England the same type
of censorship...
