We worked for the client with locally based architects to get planning permission to demolish the original two up, two down cottage.

The new house with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms has open plan living with the latest insulation, timber frame and stunning red sandstone to the exterior.

The clients opted for a solid fuel Rayburn for cooking, heat and hot water. Together with the insulation and structure the house meets easily the latest

efficiency standards. The Castle has commanding views and benefits from factory finished wood painted finished windows. Under floor heating in the

bathrooms, a wood burning stove, oak and slate floors complete the stunning new build.
