I just started Pilates, original method (with a beat to shape, tone and balance muscles) in Wimbledon Village club, Wednesdays (today too) at 20:00 and 21:00. I am qualified instructor that wants to make a difference and give you a new experience of mat Pilates (less meditation, more workout. At the moment, I have 1-2 places available for the group at 20:00 and 10 places available for the one at 21:00..so book your place. I have all equipment, you just bring yourself and socks.. I charge 10GBP a lesson. Private - clinical Pilates is available on request. There is a local chiropractor in my team so you are in good hands, with young people (but still 7 years experience) and loads of enthusiasm. Thank you! |
