Using your fingers or a fid, first open up the top loop on your popper.

Using your fingers or a fid, first open up the top loop on your popper so that you will be able to thread the fall through the loop, just like the eye of a needle.

That’s the easy part.  Now you have several different methods to choose from.  Personally, I don’t think any one of them is superior to another, but everyone tends to have their favorite.  Also, the following methods are only two of the more popular methods I’ve seen.  There are dozens of variations and other unique ideas for fall attachment styles out there.

Method #1

Follow these steps then cinch everything down tightly for method #1

Follow these steps then cinch everything down tightly. After the knot is pulled tight, trim down the excess fall that's poking out, if needed.

Method #2

Once again for method #3, cinch everything down, pull the knot tight, and then trim the excess fall.
