Here are the routes and locations to level your herbalism to 375. Hopefully they will work for you. Herbalism is a powerful profession to have while leveling because it is basically free gold. Power leveling it isn’t too bad either, instead of costing money like crafting professions you can actually build a small fortune picking flowers.
Keep in mind I have listed just one path to level up your herbalism. At just about any point you can go anywhere you like with similar level mobs and you will be likely to find the same herbs to pick. I have found these locations to be pretty efficient and not too monotonous. Remember to always pick herbs when you see them if they are not gray, since there is always a chance of leveling up your herbalism skill and you’ll always get a free herb to sell on the Auction House.
Levels 1-50
Start in Durator, Mulgore, Teldrassil, Elwynn Forest or Trisfal Glades picking up Silverleaf, Peacebloom and Earthroot until your herbalism skill is 50.

Collect more Mageroyal, Earthroot, Peacebloom and Silverleaf along these paths in the Barrens or Westfall.

Levels 100-115
Collect Bruiseweed from 100-115 in Stonetalon Mountains or Redridge Mountains.

Levels 115-160
Collect Wild Steelbloom and Kingsblood from northern Stonetalon or Duskwood. Steelbloom is found closer to the mountains and Kingsblood is found just a bit away from them. Do this unitl your herbalism skill reaches 160.

Levels 160-205
Next you’ll collect Fadeleaf to sell on the Auction House until you reach 185. It can only be found in the Badlands, Hinterlands, Arathi and Alterac Mountains. But, it is easiest to find in Swamp of Sorrows, this way you can stay and collect Khadgar’s Whiskers until your herbalism skill reaches 205.

Pick Sungrass until your herbalism skill reaches 250 in Feralas.

Pick Gromsblood in Felwood until your herbalism skill reaches 270.

You can continue running around Felwood picking until your herbalism skill reaches 330 or 340. Alternatively you can leave at 270 and go to Azshara and pick Dreamfoil. There are no ‘ultimate’ routes for this, mainly it will depend on who is in the zone, where they are, what mobs you enjoy killing and what scenery you like the best.
Once you hit level 340’ish head to Zangarmash and you’ll be able to collect herbs to reach the max herbalism skill 375 there.
