The 300 Diet. Lose Weight, and get in shape.

I'm 20 days in to my new diet, and I've got to tell you it's been the most impressive results I've ever had.

The diet is simple, and based on well established principles.  It's a little counter-intuitive, but in order to lose fat, you have to eat fat...a much higher percentage than normal.  You then have to restrict your carbohydrate intake to around 25 grams per day....this puts you into a state after 2 weeks or so called Ketosis.

When you are in Ketosis your body has given up on burning carbs, and has switched over to burning fat instead for your daily energy needs.  The good thing about this is you can restrict your daily food intake, because you aren't hungry as much.

So far, I've lost 16 pounds with very little effort, and I'm confident I will lose another 34  in the next few months.
