We offer professional and friendly grooming services for your pets including cats and bunnies. Our Salon is a safe, stress free, fun, loving and comfortable environment.
At The Pooch Parlour we ensure that your pet will have a gentle, happy and pampered experience. Whether your pet needs a full groom, bath or just a nail trim, we will ensure your pooch / cat or bunny feels totally pampered.
Rain or cold? Don’t worry, we handle your babies gently and lovingly with heaters and blankets, warm water and dryers which are standard. In summer we swop the blankets out for cooler surfaces to lie on and lots of cold water bowls and cool fans to help your furry babies cool down.
We have special slots for special needs pets that struggle with anxiety, health, age or joint pain. We have the expertise to take extra care of all pets with love and tenderness!

Why Grooming is important during Winter?
- Pet owners mistakenly believe that they can skip grooming during winter.
- IN FACT Grooming is important for your pet’s Health and Safety!
- You need to keep brushing and getting rid of the matted or tangled Hair
- Matted and Tangled Hair prevents your pooch’s body to regulate temperature, they are more susceptible to hyperthermia, common skin problems and irritation that leads to hot spots and bacterial infections.
- Paws needs extra TLC during winter
- Nails needs to be trimmed more often due to more brittle nails
- Dry coats needs more conditioning during winter.
- Your Pup’s nose needs some extra TLC.

We have a pick up and delivery service
We collect and deliver in the Alberton area including Glenvista, Bassonia, Mulbarton, Casle View, Dinwiddie, Albermarle, Tulisa Park and Unigrey.
Our Chauffeur service have blankies in the winter when it's cold. During the warm season or days, we have our air conditioned collection and delivery vehicle for your fur-babies. Adri is interactive and no babies are in an isolated closed off area.
