Passion for Property is moving

You may recall that we recently advised you that Passion for Property has merged with another local letting agent, Urban Let

We have now taken the decision to replace the Passion for Property brand with that of Urban Let and so we wanted to make you aware of some of the changes you might start to see in the coming weeks and months:

WHAT’S CHANGING?....

With immediate effect, we are now operating from our new office premises at 19 Charles Street, Hoole, Chester, CH2 3AY.

The Passion for Property brand will soon be replaced with Urban Let’s brand.

We do still have access to our Passion for Property email accounts and so if, in error, you use those email addresses, don’t worry, your message will still reach us.

You will also notice that any documentation you receive from us – e.g. letters, statements of account etc. – will feature the Urban Let branding.

WHAT’S NOT CHANGING?....

As we advised previously, the Passion for Property team is still very much a part of the business and its members will continue to be your main points of contact.

You can continue to reach us on the regular number for Passion for Property – 01244 350 300.

We see this as a new and exciting chapter and one in which we will continue to uphold the exceptional level of service you are used to and deserve. We thank you for your continued trust and loyalty and look forward to you accompanying us on this journey.
