Central Fish Company has been a staple in the Fresno community since 1950, providing the freshest seafood to local restaurants. Founded by Akira Yokomi, the company has remained committed to its tradition of quality and innovation. We are proud to continue his legacy and serve our customers with the same dedication and passion. By 1979, the store grew into a full Japanese grocery store, seafood market, and fast-food restaurant.

Morgan Doizaki, Yokomi’s great-nephew, moved to Fresno from Los Angeles in 2003 to take over the family company. Now, the specialty retail store offers top-quality products and exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale shoppers.
