One product development project I've not made nearly enough noise about is this one.

Both @joshpollen and I were involved from very early on in the life of @twokeysdrinks, and I'm still working closely on the evolution of these products. We started

Really enjoyed making these manakish with za'atar for the workshop with @suffolk_artlink this morning.

There's scope to add so many different spice/herb blends to flatbreads. 6 minute bake ftw.

A riff on a classic (round here at least) #brooksheadley recipe - the polenta shortcake. This time flavoured with other American-origin ingredients - pumpkin, cacao, chipotle. The dough is based on cream, kind of like a cobbler. Super easy.

Great to be in the kitchen for the first online workshop of a new series with @suffolk_artlink - The Spice of Life.

It's a community cooking workshop for carers and rural Suffolk residents, on spice mixes and condiments such as dukkah and furikake.

Excited to have Maria and crew @baboyclub cooking for the next two Fridays at Artichoke Mews! Still some tickets left for this Friday 5th November (link in bio).
