The 80s Rewind Festival saw bands such as The Beat take to the stage in front of 20,000 people. Lead singer Ranking Roger gave an energetic performance at the event at Remenham Hill on Sunday, 22 August.
Clark Datchler performed alongside Calvin Hayes and Mike Nocito and together they make up Johnny Hates Jazz. They were second in the line-up and performed smash hit Shattered Dreams.
Odyssey were among the performers at the event which took place opposite Temple Island on the River Thames. 40,000 people enjoyed the music over the two days.
Singer-songwriter Hazel O'Connor took part in the festival. She said: "My best memory of the 80s was seeing Bob Marley in Clapham. It was one of the last concerts in England and I went backstage and saw Marianne Faithful."
Graham Gouldman performed with 10cc whose biggest hits were I'm Not in Love, Rubber Bullet and Donna.
Berkshire-based Chesney Hawkes performed his iconic hit The One and Only which got the crowds singing along.
Chesney said he was most looking forward to his children seeing him perform at the event. After his set, he then brought them on stage to see the crowds.
Kid Creole went on stage with his backing singers The Coconuts. The American group is led by August Darnell and their biggest hit was Annie, I'm Not Your Daddy.
BBC Radio Berkshire's Phil Gayle spoke to Midge Ure who performed. He said: "The buzz that you get from performing never goes away. I can't imagine what it would be like if you lost that. It would be a horrible concept, if you lost your mojo."
Martin Fry from ABC performed with Tony Hadley and Go West. He said: "Back in the 80s we never did festivals like this. You'd go and do Top of The Pops. You'd look across a studio and there would be Madness in one corner and Robert Palmer in the other."
Spandau Ballet's Tony Hadley arrived at the festival to a mob of autograph hunters. He spoke fondly of the 80s. "It was the opportunity as a band to have a hit record, travel the world, Live Aid, Band Aid, Mandela - it was a pretty amazing period."
