Who We Are
We are a social enterprise providing NHS services and specialise in both primary care and urgent care services. Established in 2007, we take pride in our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services to more than 4.5 million patients spanning the East and the Southwest of England.
In addition to our primary mission, we extend our expertise to provide business support services to other healthcare partners. Our impact goes beyond healthcare, as we play a vital role in bolstering the local economies of the East and South West. With a dedicated team of nearly 1,400 employees and collaboration with approximately 450 GPs and other clinical professionals, we ensure the seamless provision of our services and contribute to the overall well-being of our communities.

What We Do
We are proud to provide a range of NHS 111 and Out of Hours services, Minor Injuries Units and Urgent Treatment Centres, Dental Out of Hours services as well as a variety of different Primary Care services such as GP surgeries, an Acute In Hours Visiting service which supports GP surgeries and an Early Intervention Vehicle aiming to treat older patients in their own homes who have taken a fall.
