When we developed the idea of our hotel, we focused on a set of important concepts designed to conserve a sense of harmony with the traditional character of the San Blas neighborhood, send a message to the world about our culture and customs, provide meticulous service, and ensure continued improvement based on absolute commitment to our guests.

Wonderful Place to Stay with Exceptional Staff
Room was fine. Staff was wonderful, helpful, accommodating and friendly. In order of meeting them: JD, Sofia, Aida and Marco were each such nice and competent individuals, from helping with carrying luggage at 12,000′ above sea level to creating fabulous breakfasts included with the room, and arranging for us to stay beyond check-out for a small fee because we were exhausted, while waiting for ride to airport,
