Great airport parking option.

Email to reserve. Great rates and reliable.

Check in and drive in with credit card. Park in the row they tell you. Shuttle comes and picks you up by the car in the row you parked.

Ride to airport is ~10 min or less.

When you land you go to the island and call for pickup. Mine came within five minutes - was grateful. I got dropped off right by my car.

On with my journey and exit with the same credit for the expected rate.

Smooth. I like this spot.

I've been using Ajax for about 2 years now and overall they are good - but not great.

The Lot:
Pretty basic parking lot, though generally clean and easy to navigate in.

The Shuttle:
It's a bit unclear how the drivers know when you want to leave the lot. Maybe based on the ticketing machine out front? Most of the time, I've had to walk down to the front of the lot and wait for a driver. I normally travel with a single small roller and a backpack, so no need to have anyone carry the roller. 50% of the time they offer to help bring it on, the other 50% of the time they just sit in their seat. No loss either way.

On the way back from the airport, they arrive within a reasonable amount of time. The trip to and from the lot to the airport is pretty short, though it may look longer on a map.

Other:
I've never had any issues with damage to my car or otherwise during my many stays with them.

Price:
This is a hidden gem. At $10 a day, it can be about half the cost of many other places in town. I've parked at a number of other lots (Wally, Masterpark, etc) and so far, this is the best value.

I'd recommend this lot to anyone looking for an inexpensive parking space during an upcoming trip.

It's like the best kept airport secret with prices I've seen at some of the other lots - this is the most affordable lot out there. I travel quite a bit for work and this place is great. I have never had to reserve a spot and have been coming here 10 or so years.
Docked a star because their pick-up timing has room to improve - you see all the Master Park shuttles stop by, and you are still waiting for your one. I would say it's still worth it.

Sure to check online the night before to make sure I could park there. Arrived at 530am and was told it was reservations only. There was no indication that a reservation would be needed until you arrive. The shuttle driver at the entrance was rude and offered no alternative. When I asked for an number to call he said it was too late. Went down the road and got reservation at nearby lot no problem (thank goodness!) all around a horrible experience that led to unnecessary panic for that early in the morning. I appreciate the convenience of self park but I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Unfortunately, this place has gone from good to horrible over the past year. I probably parked here over twenty different times, usually about 3 days each time, in 2022. As of last week, I no longer park here at all.
There are lots of options for Sea-Tac parking with just as good rates and significantly better service.

My wife and I fly out of SeaTac a few times a year and always park at Ajax Parking R Us.
Kandace is always friendly and willing to answer any questions we may have and the shuttle drivers are always on time in their clean buses.
We never worry about our car when we are out of town.

We have always used a driving service to get to the airport but after my husband's office manager recommended Ajax, we decided to try it. AJAX promptly responded to any email sent. When we parked our car on a dark, cold morning (1/19), the shuttle driver pulled right behind us to load our luggage. He stopped briefly to tell a driver that had just arrived that he had a full shuttle but another would be there momentarily. The trip to the airport was uneventful. Unfortunately, when we got to Hawaii, I realized that I must have dropped the key fob/remote for our car outside the car. I emailed AJAX and AJAX responded, saying they would have the drivers look for it. They did not find it. However, an AJAX employee later emailed to say they went and looked for it and found it under the car!
When we returned to SeaTac early on 2/3, Mike, our driver, seemed unperturbed that we did not note in which row we parked. I had had our house sitter mail us an extra car key before I knew AJAX found the original one. After locating the car, the car would not unlock; we had a dead battery. Mike offered to jump the battery but was unfamiliar with how to jump a hybrid (as were we). We called AAA. While we waited for AAA to arrive, Mike went to the office to retrieve our original key fob and then returned, offering us warm shelter in the shuttle. He was so gracious and helpful! When we left the lot, we were pleased with the low cost. Because of the security, the customer care, and the price, we will continue to use Ajax and will also recommend it to others!

Good service, very fast and convenient. Best parking I've found here for the airport.

Driver, Chris did a great job. Prompt pickup, assisted with luggage and delivered me directly to my truck.
Will definitely use them again.

Getting there and to the airport was a breeze. On the way back, I followed the instructions, tried calling 6 times, no answer. They called me back, said they'd tell the shuttle driver where I was. I waited over 25 minutes for pickup and in that time saw over a dozen MasterPark and Wally Park shuttles (among others). I will look into using one of those lots next time.
