Pilates is a complete exercise method developed by its founder, Joseph Pilates, who dedicated his lifetime to improving physical and mental health.

Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

By core strength, we mean your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles. Through pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles.

Pilates goes far beyond your core muscles, however, to provide a complete body workout (you will be working muscles you didn't even know you had!) and help develop an awareness of how your body works.

Simply the best! I have been attending Tina's classes for many years, both in person and on Zoom. In her small classes, Tina demonstrates every move, talks us through the breathing and movements and she corrects any misalignment. She is aware of our individual problems and tailors the moves to our needs. I would not be as fit as I am today without Tina's expertise and care.

13 years ago I was recommended to Tina by a spinal consultant and also two physiotherapists having suffered with extreme back pain for years. I no longer take medication to relieve back pain. Not only is Tina an excellent coach, she has become a good friend. The classes are, fun, lively and informative. No need to worry if one finds certain exercises difficult as Tina will adapt to suit individual needs. It's amazing how your body strength grows with exercise and encouragement from Tina. I highly recommend Tina's classes.

I first met Tina over ten years ago, surgery booked. Tina was recommended by my consultant for one last try to fix me before facing the knife!
Her care and expertise enabled me to cancel the operation and make so much progress.
Not only is she a fantastic Pilates instructor, she is so thoughtful and caring, her ability to adapt exercises to suit the individual is amazing.
I truly believe I would be in a very different place physically and mentally if I hadn’t met her.
