“Diamondvale is absolutely my favourite self contained accommodation choice on the Granite Belt. I love the peaceful location -the wildflowers in season, the grazing kangaroos, the gently burbling creek and mornings waking to birdsong, yet it’s only a couple of minutes to town, or a little longer if you walk the lovely heritage trail along the creek. The Cottages are gorgeous – they hit just the right note between ‘country’ and luxe and David and Rachael have provided everything you could possibly need. I also really love that they’re on hand, but so discreet – you can come and go as you please, or chat to them for plenty of local tips and wineries to visit. Every time I visit and drive down the driveway to Diamondvale, I feel like I exhale out all my city stress – I eat well, I sleep well, I drink great wine, walk, read and reconnect with nature- it’s the perfect mental reset.”
