In preparation for the start of the new season we will be holding our usual Workforce Day on Saturday 15 June. There are a good number of jobs that need to be completed.

We intend to start the tasks at 9.00a.m. on that day and work through until about mid-day. The various tasks include the application of wood preservative to fences and styles, the washing down of post protectors, and benches etc. as well as general tidying up.

Two of our players, Sid Holden and Zebedee Heys, have been included in the Yorkshire U20s squad to play Northumberland U20s on Sunday 19 May at Huddersfield Laund Hill RUFC, Laund Hill Stadium, New Hey Rd, Salendine Nook, Huddersfield HD3 3XF. The match is due to kick off at 2.15pm.

Rotherham have been promoted to National 1 and Huddersfield have been relegated to Regional 1 NE. To replace them we welcome back Harrogate after their promotion from Regional 1 NE and Chester who have been moved sideways from N2W.…
