Themed Bowl Forward Real Estate SG, the REDAS 12th Bowling Competition held on 10 March 2023 at the SuperBowl @ SAFRA Mount Faber enjoyed the support of 34 teams, including 10 teams from the Government agencies – BCA, CEA, HDB, IRAS and JTC.

Held on 28 February 2023, participants found the REDAS Members’ Session informative and engaging as industry experts spoke on “Preparing for an Ageing Society in Singapore”, “How buildings are fit to take on more robots in their environments?” and “Increase in Buyer’s Stamp Duty for Higher Value Properties”.

REDAS IDD Symposium 2022, themed "Enhancing Data-Driven Productivity across Developer Value Chain" was held on 17 November 2022. The Symposium showcased the REDAS Developer-Centric IDD Dashboard (DCID) and shared the IDD Implementation Guide for Developers. Mr Heng Teck Thai, Deputy CEO, Communications and Engagement, Building and Construction Authority was the Guest-of-Honour.

The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) paid a courtesy visit to REDAS on 22 September. Both associations exchanged views on the property market and housing policies in Singapore and East Malaysia.

Supported by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH Council), the REDAS Safety Leadership Forum, held on 25 August 2022, enjoyed the support of by some 150 fellow members and guests. Speaking at the forum, Guest-of-Honour Mr Zaqy Mohamad, Senior Minister of State for Manpower said, “there is a pressing need to enhance measures to improve workplace safety on the back of rising number of workplace accidents.”
Supported by the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH Council), the REDAS Safety Leadership Forum, held on 25 August 2022, enjoyed the support of by some 150 fellow members and guests. 144 golfers including Guest-of-Honour Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State for National Development participated in this year’s REDAS 47th Annual Golf Tournament. The event was held on 22 June 2023 at the New Course, SICC. REDAS is proud to host this annual event to raise fund to help the less fortunate and foster strong and cohesive relationships within the REDAS fraternity.

The 5 winning prototypes - ‘Park Yourself’, ‘Colour Play’, ‘Fill My Little World’, ‘Cash Love Clout’ and ‘Symbiosis’, were transformed into experiential installations in participating pilot Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and precincts for public enjoyment.
