Welcome to Arbigland Estate
Coastal B&B and Self Catering Holiday Accommodation in South West Scotland
Arbigland Estate is on a peninsula jutting out into the Solway Firth, with a coastal microclimate that gives us half the rainfall of inland Dumfries & Galloway and makes us several degrees warmer. Our ancient Barony of Arbigland comprises farmland, woodland and foreshore on the Solway Firth coast bounded by the River Nith near Dumfries in the south west of Scotland. With its outstanding natural beauty and rich diversity of wildlife the estate forms part of the Nith Estuary Special Area of Conservation (SAC) and Upper Solway Special Site of Scientific Interest (SSI).
We are a traditional Scottish estate offering:
A mixed, in hand, farming operation
A number of farmhouses and cottages to let
A unique special event or film location.
VACANCIES: We often have vacancies on our Estate for both the farming and accommodation sector.
