Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 17 October I will be swimming 1500m, running 10km and cycling 39.9 km in Barcelona in order to raise lots of money for the Shackleton Foundation as they look to find a new generation of inspirational leaders willing to make a difference, especially to the disadvantaged, thank you for helping me support a great charity. Pictures of pain and misery will duly be uploaded once I've finished.
