Updated: WEF Responds to U.S. EPA PFAS Rules
On April 19, WEF updated its response to recent U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rules regarding the final PFAS rules for Safe Drinking Water Act Maximum Contaminant Limits (MCLs) and classification of PFOA and PFOS as hazardous substances under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
