Former teacher's campaign for Lambeth free school

She was the London teacher who lost her job after speaking out about state school failings at the Conservative Party Conference in 2010.

Now, Katharine Birbalsingh is leading a campaign to set up a free school in Lambeth.

She says she wants to bring the ethos of private schools to the inner cities and she has got the support of the head of a top public school.
