To get a quote for sending a parcel, you will need to create an account or if you already have an account with us simply log in. Once you have logged in, click the “get a quote” button in the left-hand menu. Enter the parcel details and address (a postcode must be included), the service you would like to use and then click “get a quote” it is that easy!
“Delivery by end of Day” means that your parcel will be delivered by 5:30pm, local time for business addresses. For residential addresses, parcels will be delivered by 7:00pm local time.

Yes you can. You’ll need to give your local CSM office the details of which branches you’d like collections to be made from and the team will add it to your account. Then, when you’d like to send a parcel from that branch just put in their address as the “collection address”
All of our consignments are trackable online. Click on the tracking number on your “consignment” screen. THe link will take you directly to the carrier’s website which will give you a full progress update of your parcel delivery.
Yes, we offer a service that hides your address for the delivery label, please ask your local CSM office who will be able to arrange this for you.
We do offer delivery to some PO Boxes addresses but this applied to international destinations only and a contact telephone number for the recipient MUST be provided.
We do not offer delivery or collection services from Po Box numbers or BFPOs in the UK or in Europe. However, we may be able to offer this service for some African and Middle Eastern destinations, please check with us before booking.

Out of size packages will incur a surcharge, you can find out more on our service information page or contact your local CSM branch who will be able to provide you with further information.

Additional handling applies to packages that are over 30 kilos in weight as assistance could be required to load heavy items. It may also apply to packages that are not fully encased in cardboard, encased in wood or metal, over 100 cm in length, in plastic wrapping or items that are cylindrical.
Please also note that for some international destinations weight limits apply to aircraft size, please confirm with your local CSM branch before booking if you have any concerns.
All consignments are sent at owners’ own risk, and are only covered to the extent of the carrier’s maximum liability. All packages are carried under the BIFA terms and conditions which are available on our website. For further information on insurance please visit our insurance page.
All our terms reject any liability for consequential loss, either specifically or by omission, except for a liability up to a maximum sum represented by the freight charges for that consignment. The reason for this exclusion is that it is not possible to insure because theoretically there could be no limit to such a claim, and it would not bear any relation to the charge or value of shipment. We would advise you to consult your own marine brokers for cover or we can advise whether you require one.
