Return Policy: 30 Days return Policy:
If for any reason the product needs to be returned, go to http://www.invotel.com/support/ or contact support@invotel.com within 30 days of product arrival to get a RMA number to send it back. ALL SALES ARE FINAL after the 30 days. Returns need to be complete with all parts in re-sellable condition and must arrive within 15 days of RMA issue date. Late retuns, non re-sellable items, returns with missing parts are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Orders that are cancelled after already shipped are charged 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges including Free shipping charges incurred are not refundable. By placing an order online here or over the phone the customer agrees that has read this return policy and agrees with the terms and conditions herein.
