How to get our help
All services are free, and funded by charitable giving. We accept self-referrals for those eligible. We also take referrals from healthcare professionals. Patients must be registered with a GP in our West Northumberland catchment.
Ways to support us
We’re grateful for the support we’ve had from businesses and individuals in the community over the last 30 years. There are many ways to help us help others, from attending one of our fundraising events to volunteering.
We’re a charity offering wraparound home-based care and support for adults with palliative needs or undergoing treatment for life-limiting conditions and people of all ages needing pre or post-bereavement support.
