O.J. Simpson avoided paying Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman's families millions when he was alive -- and now, from beyond the grave, he might be dodging them again ... TMZ has learned.

While Malcolm LaVergne -- O.J.'s longtime lawyer and now executor of his estate -- made it clear he intended to talk money with Nicole and Ron's respective loved ones ... Malcom says an unforeseen tax debt is creating a new hurdle.

Malcolm tells TMZ ... the state of California has a massive tax lien against Simpson's estate for $572,402.69 -- which he says could derail his plan to settle part of the $33.5 million judgment O.J. owed his victims' families after the 1997 wrongful death lawsuit.

Darryl Strawberry's back to feeling 100 percent --- and he couldn't be happier about it ... revealing to TMZ Sports this week he nearly died from the heart attack he suffered in March.

The Mets legend opened up to us about his medical scare while out in NYC ... and he said things got so bad with his heart at the time of the emergency, doctors couldn't believe he survived.

"My heart was pumping at 40 percent," said Strawberry, who described the heart attack as a "massive" one. "So, there was a lot going on. There was not a lot of blood flowing through my heart at that particular time."

American actor Max Thieriot was just a teen when he played Seth Plummer -- the teenager attempting to exile his new caretaker after losing his dad -- in the 2005  family comedy film "The Pacifier."

Max shared the big screen with Brittany Snow as the popular, pretty teenager who looks after her 4 younger siblings, Zoe Plummer, Vin Diesel the FBI agent now looking after the kids, Shane, and Lauren Graham as the caring principal who falls in love with Shane, Claire.

Just one year prior, Max made his acting debut, co-starring in the action film "Catch That Kid" with Kristen Stewart.

Kim Zolciak is accusing her estranged hubby Kroy Biermann of snatching her crap -- again getting cops involved, which was again caught on body cam ... and TMZ's got the video.

In a police report we obtained ... Milton PD says an officer was dispatched to Kim and Kroy's family home -- the same one that's facing foreclosure -- for a domestic disturbance call.

Per the report, Kim called the cops claiming Kroy took her cellphone and locked himself in the master bedroom -- where he currently resides. Since a recent court order instructs the warring spouses to stick to their halves of the house ... Kim told officers she was unable to retrieve her phone from Kroy, and that he wouldn't give it back. This is all on video, BTW.

A Michigan judge was left practically speechless after a suspended driver video called into his courtroom ... while doing the one thing he definitely shouldn't have been doing.

KTLA weatherman Mark Kriski is recovering from a medical emergency -- as the beloved broadcaster suffered a mild stroke ... according to his wife, reporter Jennifer Gould.

Jennifer tells TMZ ... Mark suffered the stroke early Monday morning at their L.A. home. He was hospitalized, but she says he's on the road to recovery.

While he's still hospitalized, she says Mark is communicative, joking around and, generally, in good spirits. KTLA broke the news and just announced it on the air.
