Welcome

The Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) enables the flourishing of church music. We encourage and resource churches, musicians, and church communities of all kinds to ensure they have access to relevant support, training, and education resources to sustain them in the present. And we work to inspire the church musicians of the future.

Across the UK, Ireland, and worldwide, our network of thousands of affiliated churches, schools, and other institutions, together with thousands more individual members, supporters, and volunteers, help us achieve our vision of bringing people closer to God through music.

Safeguarding

We hold to the core Christian belief that each person has value and dignity which comes directly from God’s creation of humanity in His own likeness. Among other things, this implies a duty to value each person as someone who bears the image of God and is loved equally by God, and therefore should be protected from harm.

For more information click here, or contact Jane Fisher, RSCM Safeguarding Officer, on 07908 469587 or jfisher@rscm.com

If you need immediate help out of hours or when the Safeguarding Adviser is not available please contact the local authority Out of Hours Service or if someone is at immediate risk ring 999. Please do email or leave a message for the RSCM Safeguarding Officer if you do this.
