Off a quiet lane within walking distance to the Rothiemurches Estate farm shops at Inverdruie, "Talisker" is a large centrally-heated single story
dwelling with an open plan kitchen and dining room leading to the spacious and comfortable lounge with modern Swedish log-burning stove. 

The one king-size and one double bedroom are both ensuite and there is a further twin bedroom with family bathroom opposite. The recently upgraded central heating and hot water system with a 250 litre tank ensures abundant hot water and comfort at all times.

The lounge and two of the bedrooms enjoy exclusive views of the heather covered garden and surrounding forest. Regular visitors include Roe Deer,
Red Squirrel, Crested Tits and Pheasant, and in season Ospreys are reguarly seen and heard circling above.

Legionella
The house is occupied year-round by either paying guests or the owner. However, in the unlikely event of it being unoccupied for two consecutive weeks or more, both the hot and cold water systems will be run continuously for half an hour through all taps and showers to eliminate the possibility of Legionella.
