Today was DRAW DAY. So all names were written into the centre fold section of a Supercharged Inc T shirt swing ticket, folded and chucked into a JEGS baseball cap. We were ready to find our winner. Draw Master Scott was called in, chosen for sheer size of hands.
Seriously.
Who should be naked and blindfolded was debated. If it was both of us we’d still be trying to find the hat now. Fortunately for all involved, we chose for no one to be naked, and then set about super gluing Draw Master Scotts eyes shut. We were ready…

Well, after the slight over excitement at seeing a Supercharged Inc T shirt in the pages of Top Gear magazine, we’ve been hard at it ironing and photographing one set of the T shirts and composing some sort of “press release” copy – as you’ll have seen on the last post 🙂 The first people to publish it have been the very good people of VZi. Thats http://www.volkszone.com to the uninitiated. Our press release went on the News pages of Volkszone and once again we collapsed with pride. Thanks VZi 🙂
To spice it up and for reasons which shall remain locked in the trunk of my Road Runner clone, we’ve made this into a VZi draw!

June was slipping by with not a lot going on in our little Supercharged world, until an email from Top Gear Magazine came through requesting one of the electric blue Superbird Tee’s to be included in their GEAR pages! We set to work packaging up the T and got it posted off to Top Gear Towers the next day and then, we waited…
…and waited…
finally the August issue arrived.
We clawed backwards and forwards through the pages looking for that GEAR feature. Dead proud to find the Superbird T in there, looking cool in Electric Blue, we’ve taken some pics to post up here. So whats on the cards for May? Well the garage is cleared, and the floorpan halves are on order. Its time to split the body off the pan and make something a bit more structurally sound out of the old bug. I’m aiming for a floorpan that doesn’t let in water, and ‘A’ pillar bottoms….by that I mean that where there is currently thin air, I would like to see metal. Time to ring Hookies!

So its nearly February already. Can’t really say what’s been achieved in January. Its basically all secret. Top super secret can’t say anything have to kill you and all that.
Okay okay, thats all rubbish. All thats happened is a lot of ideas. No time spells no Supercharged. Feb brings snowboarding holidays and so my mind is filled with thoughts of freshly groomed runs and spectacular cart wheels in the powder. Looks like Dubfreeze is off for us. Just not enough time to make things happen. I am working on a press release so that will be the next big thing for Supercharged really.
Okay, not much happens = not much to say. You can still go shopping though 😉 – get shopping for T shirts now!

First up, Happy New Year! Its been a slow start but there’s really a lot to do this month. We’re trying to work out a way to get a better variety of T shirt designs on offer to you, covering a wider cross section of car styles. We’re supposed to be preparing for Dubfreeze. We’re meant to be keeping the Supercharged Inc blog up to date. We’re attempting to sort out a few bits of the website design including the way it links in with the blog and with the web store. But what we’ve managed, is nothing! Things in “real life” have been hectic, but we’re back on the case and looking to push things forward. Have a great 2010.
