Mountain Landcare recognises the unique beauty of the mountain. Our
mission is to protect its natural heritage values by maintaining and
enhancing the environment and its biodiversity.
We undertake and encourage the preservation of areas that are
significant for their natural heritage, biodiversity and wildlife
habitats, native vegetation and scenic amenity. We coordinate with
local, state and national authorities to ensure the beautiful landscape
of our tableland is preserved and enriched.
Through our volunteers and other resources, we are restoring
biodiversity corridors, forests and reserves. |
