History

The Tuxedo board and management team have an outstanding track record of entrepreneurial success at Alpha Telecom, IBM, processors Wild Card Systems and TNS, and leading banks. This includes founding, developing, managing and selling a range of  prepaid telephony products online, by direct response through retail channels and partners in the UK to over one million users a month.

After a period of intensive platform development, testing and product development Tuxedo launched its first prepaid product in March 2007 – the Blue Diamond Maestro® Card – the first over the counter all-in-one instant issue, re-loadable card pack to be sold in newsagents across the UK.

Since 2007, Tuxedo has built up a portfolio of more than 800 corporations and agencies that utilise its products for payroll loading to replace cash and cheques.

Tuxedo has also invested heavily in educating both consumer and business markets on the advantages of prepaid.
