All staff from Assistant Managers, Receptionists, Waitresses, Housekeeping, Maintenance were excellent. Courteous, polite & helpful. Willing to help/assist/resolve issues , as well as being well organised. Everyone greeted you with a smile. Breakfast was excellent except for the standard of the coffee - Yuk!
