UNCO United Oil Holdings, LLC (UNCOUSA)

UNCO United Oil Holdings, LLC (UNCOUSA) is a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) private-equity investment company incorporated in the United States in Delaware, since 2006.

UNCOUSA, as a holding company, is authorized to invest in shares and debentures (convertible debt) of companies involved in West Africa and elsewhere in the world in the following projects: minerals mining, bulk oil and gas storage-tank and refinery (BOST), commercialization of crude oil and refined oil products, solar energy development, agriculture, energy banking, education, fisheries, housing, leisure and transport.

The SPV ordinary and voting shares are controlled by Dr. Paulette Long. Further capitalization at and as when needed is raised through Private Placement and Secured Term Loan Guarantees. The SPV is authorized to do business in New York State to provide international corporate services, financial-engineering services and project funding services for energy-related projects approved by its subsidiaries: (Unco United Oil & Gas (SL) Limited) Sierra Leone Incorporation "UNCOSIL".

UNCOUSA has investment interest and retained Unco Global Assets Management Agency Limited "UGAMA" (United Kingdom incorporation No:07201444) on an exclusive basis to act as the Assets Management Agency for projects funded by UNCOUSA.

UNCOUSA is currently involved with underwriting and the private placement of a multi-billion US Dollar funding for the development of bulk oil and gas storage-tank farms and a refinery (BOST), along with crude oil and products commercialization to Europe, China and the United States. Other projects include minerals-development, cocoa beans and cashew nuts farming and housing projects in the Middle East and West Africa.

Dr. Paulette Long is President and Chief Executive Officer of both UNCO United Oil Holdings, LLC (UNCOUSA) File Number: 4205504, Delaware, Secretary of State and Park Avenue Grant Writers Inc. (PAGW). PAGW is a 10-year-old U.S. corporation based in New York with experience in fund raising and capital-capacity-strategy development. PAGW is also the exclusive fund-development agency for UNCOUSA.
