Join us on Thursday, May 23rd at the Northern Center Ballrooms for a lunch and conversation on how we move from ideas to actions for adding more housing units in Marquette County.
Nicole Wilson, Vice President of Economic Development of the Midland Business Alliance, will share insights and actions they’ve taken to add more units, including formation of a local organization - Housing Forward.
Following Nicole, a panel of local emerging developers will share insights into their experience and how we can increase their capacity and output to add units throughout the county. The panel includes: Kyle Aho, Rental Property Investor; Ben Argall, Principal Broker and Owner of NextHome Superior Living; Aaron Leppanen, Co-founder of Leppanen Anker Arquitectos; and Andrea Pernsteiner, Co-founder and Brewery President of Ore Dock Brewing Co.
This event is aligned with the LSCP’s Strategic Framework for Housing and efforts to turn the data from the Target Market Analysis (TMA) into results.
