Jab Tak Hai Jaan Grand Premiere – 1 Day to Go | All Leading Ladies of YRF to Attend
The tempo has been building for quite some time now and the D-day is not far away. Jab Tak Hai Jaan will have its grand premiere tomorrow, i.e. 12th of November.
Yash Chopra’s wife Pam Chopra had announced it some days back, “I want to give my husband an unforgettable farewell. Accordingly, we have decided to have a grand premiere for his ultimate film Jab Tak Hai Jaan, exactly the way he wanted it. This is a fitting tribute to a man who would have had it no other way. I have asked my sons Aditya and Uday to go ahead with all the preparations. This premiere is our way of celebrating his illustrious life, rather than mourning it.”
On the guest list might be all the YRF leading ladies including Mala Sinha, Sadhana, Sharmila Tagore, Rakhee, Madhuri Dixit, Sridevi, and of course Katrina Kaif & Anushka Sharma. YRF doesn’t want to miss a single leading lady from any of their films to miss the grand premiere as this is perhaps what Yash Chopra would have desired.

Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina & Anushka visit Jalandhar city, Yash Chopra’s hometown
Recently Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma flew down to the hometown of the late Yash Chopra, city of Jalandhar for the promotion of their upcoming film JAB TAK HAI JAAN. The people there were very thrilled by their presence. All three of them greeted the audience/media with a typically ‘sasriyakal’.
Considering it was one of the most awaited city visit, where the JTHJ team had finally arrived, they spoke their heart out to the audience, about their film, about their characters about various other things and of course the most important reason for being there! Yashji!
Yashji had always planned to visit the city for the film promotions, but unfortunately he could not be a part of it, his wonderful city Jalandhar form where he did his schooling and spent his college days.
Some of the fun media interaction moments included SRK enacting his trademark style step, SRK saying the JTHJ poem, SRK getting gifted army uniform by an RJ. After the fun filled media interaction, the team headed towards Doabba, a college from where Yashji belongs. There were about 5000 students who had gathered to see the team. Not just that there was a tremendous crowd gathered just to get the glimpse of the stars. It was indeed a great evening.

Yash Chopra’s SRK project – Rahman finalizes First Song
After receiving all round critical acclaims as well as commercial success with his last album, ROCKSTAR, music wizard A. R. Rahman is all set to rule over the hearts of music lovers once again. And this time it’s for the much awaited and anticipated Yash Chopra-Shah Rukh Khan project.
Yes, for all those who were thinking that the Yash Chopra-SRK project has still not seen the light of the day, here is breaking news about the music of the project which is being composed by none other than music maestro A. R. Rahman.
The first song of the project is complete and as expected it’s a superb number and this has been confirmed by none other than Gulzar himself, the lyricist of the project. According to Gulzar Sahab, ‘We have done one song so far and Yash Chopra is ecstatic with the result.’
Well, this is definitely very good news for countless Yash Chopra-SRK fans who love their kind of films and have been waiting since VEER ZARA to see the two of them come together and create magic once again.

Finally, the wait is over. Shah Rukh Khan has been feeding us bite-size glimpses of his mega-venture, Ra.One, at regular intervals. But with its release approaching, he’s decided to go flat out. August 28 is pegged as the date to launch the marketing blitz.
