We were looking for a Audi Q3, we had been to Audi direct but then we went to Airedale motors to have a look...We never looked anywhere else after that! Andrew is great, he was so helpful and found us the perfect car for our budget. They are not pushy and we felt very comfortable. Couldn’t recommend enough! Was nice to be at a car dealership with no pressure or been forced into buying a car which I have experienced with other garages before. He even stayed behind closing time when I was late due to traffic. He made sure I was positive that I was happy with the car I had chosen before purchasing. He also went through the car with me before leaving the dealership so I knew how everything worked!

I found the car I wanted on the website, called the garage and arranged to go and see it. Knowing very little about cars and going alone to view the car, I was apprehensive. However from the moment I arrived to the moment I left with my gorgeous new Q3, I felt at ease. Andrew answered all the questions I had and took the time to explain things I wasn’t sure on. From warranty to breakdown cover to making sure I knew how to work the sat nav, radio and all the technology I didn’t have a clue about, Andrew was very helpful indeed. Fantastic car love it. Good price too. infact the car had been reduced by 500 and the owner told me!!! I was unaware and happy with original price, so very honest, I didn't get to the garage till late due to traffic, but No pressure at all the opposite infact very friendly service. I visited Airedale as they had 3 cars on my wish list. A Z4, a TT and a Boxster. The Z4 had almost no boot space left with the top down so I test drove the Boxster and the TT Roadster.
My heart said the Boxster but the head eventually said the TT. A PX value was agreed and after some negotiation for a cam belt kit and a fresh MOT the deal was done. No pressure from either Dean or Andrew, both very helpful. A month later I noted a sticking thermostat and fan problem. This was sorted out both quickly and amicably with no fuss whatsoever. Nearly a thousand trouble free miles later and with the top down in the sunshine I am very happy and would certainly buy from Airedale again. Thanks Guys !

I did say there was more... Out shoe shopping one Saturday I decided that my fabulous BMWZ4 I bought from Airedale Motors was perhaps due for an upgrade. I couldn't believe it had almost been 4.5 years since I bought it. There was no question of me ever going anywhere else to trade in my car and upgrade. I dropped by to be greeted by Andrew who remembered me and my car which already made me feel very at ease. There were several cars I liked on the forecourt and took a couple out for test drive and on the following Tuesday I picked up my shiny new BMWZ4 convertible hard shell. Nothing was too much trouble, he makes great Yorkshire tea too. Don't take my word for it just drop by yourself or look them up online. EXCELLENT service & with the money I got in part exchange, which was more than I had expected, I bought myself a lovely new pair of shoes....
