All our properties are owned and managed exclusively by us.  This ensures that all our houses and apartments are maintained to a very high standard.  BJS Properties has a team of highly skilled tradesmen who are available to deal with any maintenance issues that may arise. This ensures all our tenants have a comfortable home.

Many of our properties have been let through personal recommendation and we have numerous tenants who have resided with us for many years.
