We are a 24 hour Police Station Agency/Criminal Legal Consultants that has been created and operated by an experienced Police Station Representative that formerly worked for a Legal Top 500 City Law Firm.
DMC Law aims to make the daunting and overwhelming Police Investigation issued against your clients as smooth and as painless as possible ensuring that we provide them accurate advice.
We cover Police Stations inside the M25 and stretching to the home counties, for interviews under arrest and caution plus 3. Our Agents also attend interviews conducted at the Job Centre as part of the Department of Work and Pensions.
We appreciate and understand that time is a precious commodity for Solicitors and that having experienced the day in a life of professional in the legal industry, we ensure that we receive instructions you can rest assured that the task is in hand.

SERVICES PROVIDED:
There are two aspects to DMC Law Ltd, one aspect is the Custody Suite and the second is the consultancy practice.
Once Agents are deployed and they attend the Police Station, we provide clear and concise legal advice to the client. We do our best to relax them in a hostile environment and most importantly manage their expectations.
Our Agents are experienced in the Police Station protocols, therefore as Instructing Solicitors you can be rest assured that you clients, whether duty or own clients will be looked after in the right way.
All our Agents will be equipped with CRM forms and therefore they will be completed on attendance. E-copies of attendance notes and Custody records (along with pre-prepared statements and typed disclosure where applicable) will be submitted directly to you within 12 hours of the attendance or once a charging decision has been made.
Client aftercare is important, in the event that the client has instructed your firm via the duty scheme, they will be given the details of the instructing solicitor and the office number so that they can liaise with you directly once released.
All of our Agents are experienced professionals and have represented clients for variety of offences, ranging from petty theft to serious complex fraud.
