The award winning Dominion beach is a well established and beautiful development built in the early 90’s and lies between Marbella and Estepona with arguably the best climate in Europe. Just 10 minutes up the coast lies the well known Puerto Banus with its array of restaurants and nightlife. Above all though, this property boasts a beachside location with no interrupting roads. A slow stroll through the resort will see you past the pools, the exclusive restaurant, down the steps and onto the beach in less than a minute from the property. There are 3 pools onsite and one is heated all year round and the house itself is located just 20 meters from the third pool which is gated for child safety.
The Costa del Sol region
The Estepona region most definitely has a tranquil, 'Spanish' feel to it. The location of Dominion Beach gives you many varied options of places to visit.
With an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby, the Estepona area is a place to relax and unwind as well as enjoy yourself to the full.
The area benefits from all year round sunshine, even January temperatures can reach 20 degrees.
There are many places of interest to visit close by, including Selwo Safari Park and Algeciras Water Park, both fantastic for kids, the famous Rock of Gibraltar which is popular for duty free goods only 30 minutes away, and also the famous Puerto Banus, exclusive marina known for its buzzing nightlife which is only a 10 minute drive away.
