Let me introduce myself, I am... 

Graham Johnson BA (Hons) Bus Studs (Open) CERT Mgmt

In 2017 I graduated from the Open University (Milton Keynes) with an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Business Studies and during my studies in 2016 I also qualified for a  Professional Certificate in Management.

I am currently employed by Procter & Gamble at the Skelmersdale Distribution Centre as the Customisation Co-Ordinator for Sampling Management.

My experience has proven that I am a customer-oriented professional with extensive experience exceeding corporate objectives by delivering excellent customer service, improving performance metrics, and leveraging best working practices. 

I have ability to innovate and automate systems within fast growing environments. I am an expert in database management, issues resolution, change strategies, and budget administration that help to grow business performance and revenue. I am a highly organised and motivated individual who is developing strong relationships with staff. I have strong communication skills, known for solidifying teams and maintaining smooth communication with clients. I am a quick learner, able to operate new systems precisely and independently with decisive personal style. 

I have the ability to improve policies, procedures, relationship and innovate with continuous business improvement. I am currently expanding my skillset by learning SQL and KNIME.

 Previously I was employed by Saica Pack UK Limited as a Customer Service Manager. I was based offsite at one of our major European Customers, Unilever. During the pandemic I worked from home and found the experience really enjoyable.


In this role I worked on a number of projects to enhance, develop and integrate our two companies working relationship. The main focus of these projects is to improve our customer service presence and the automation of procedures and processes. This will allow the team to eliminate none value adding tasks/waste from within their current systems. This change in culture will also shift the focus to provide a more sophisticated and detailed service to both our internal and external customers providing a more data and statistical centric approach to the services provided.

I am highly numerate and with comfortable expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). Additionally MAC OS, SAP and CRM. I confidently and competently engage with new or bespoke software.

During my career I am lucky to have worked with some world class international companies such as McDonalds, Stoves, ScottishPower, Calyx, QVC UK, TNT International and Aviagen Turkeys Limited. In my roles I have had the opportunity to partner with companies such as BT, BT Openreach, Unilever, Ricoh, Premier Foods, Great Bear Distribution and Contact Originators.
