Professional, friendly, and quality.
I have been looking around for a service to upgrade my desktop which was over 6 years old. Unfortunately this isn't such a common service provided by the more well known stores on the high street. It's easy to purchase the different components but not so easy to find a reliable, cost effective installation ...
Having been looking around the local area I came across
InstantRepairs, who
were not only local with a significant number of good reviews, but also offered home
installation.
After contacting them and exchanging messages several times
regarding what I wanted, I decided to go ahead. InstantRepairs were very patient and
happy to recommend options and answer any questions. This was before making any
payment - which is a nice touch!
The service provided was timely, efficient, and
of high quality. The work went over the estimated timeframe but was not rushed which
provided further reassurance.

Amazing service - diagnosed the issue with my pc, made recommendations for a refit, and was extremely patient and communicative throughout (despite quite a few delays on my part!). Results are looking great on my upgraded rig.

My high-end video editing PC crashed and wouldn't load. Shovon effectively diagnosed the issue as a faulty GPU by hooking it up to his personal rig and advised I return it to the manufacturer under warranty. However, due to an urgent deadline, I went ahead and ordered a new GPU, a new PSU and some extra RAM which Shovon gladly installed - he even added new thermal paste to the CPU! ...
Shovon then stress-tested the new setup using benchmarking and everything is now working perfectly. I highly recommend Shovon for his knowledge, professionalism, communication and trustworthiness; at no point did I feel uncomfortable leaving a £3,000 PC alone with him. Thank you for saving the project!

Excellent and quick service. I have put together my own PC before, but had an issue with installing a new MB, PSU and processor. He quickly diagnosed the problem with some of the cabling and connections, and fixed the issue, before then tidying up the inside of the PC. Would recommend - very decent price for quick and professional service.
Am very very happy with this young gentleman who was successful in repairing a tablet which was no longer possible to charge as the charge port had become damaged.
Was always in touch with me regarding to how the repair was going, if there were any issues. Thoroughly professional, well priced & a decent chap. Would happily recommend to others, thank you very much!

Shovon was very reliable and quick in his responses - My Microsoft Surface Pro 7 screen got damaged and cracked and Shovon did a clean job with the replacement. I contacted Shovon because I wanted to upgrade my PC to a gaming PC. He was very knowledgeable and advised me on which components I needed and type of GPU. Great technician. He knows his stuff. I had trouble with my GPU. It wasn't getting detected on my pc so I took it to him to see if anything was wrong with it. After his work he told the GPU is fine but instead suggested there maybe something to do with my pc. Im glad he told the GPU is fine which saved me money getting another one.
