As you browse through the European Village Street of shops created within our Shoppe, you will discover exquisite figurines, collectables and gifts for every occasion and season throughout the year.
You can make your gift extra special by having it PERSONALIZED. We have a staff of calligraphers available daily to help you add that unique touch to any gift with a hand-calligraphed message.
For your shopping convenience, we have an online store. You can click on the online shop buttons throughout this home page to be taken to our store.

The History of the Kristmas Kringle Shoppe
Our Story
The Kristmas Kringle Shoppe was the vision of Grace and Jerry Mielke. Their love of Christmas and their retail business acumen gave them the desire to provide a special retail environment where the magic of Christmas comes to life and is celebrated all year long.
First established in 1978, the Kristmas Kringle Shoppe started within the building of their already existing unrelated businesses located in downtown Fond du Lac.
In 1994 the Kristmas Kringle Shoppe moved to its present location on South Main Street in Fond du Lac. Jerry actually created a model of the Bavarian style structure in his garage before having it built, but Jerry’s imagination didn’t stop there. Once inside you will find yourself on a European Village Street with real pine trees, street lamps and the facades of many quaint shops and buildings such as a gingerbread house, church and a tower. Its an enchanting atmosphere you can get lost in.
We invite you to browse and shop within the charm of Jerry’s European village. You’ll enjoy all the sights, sounds and scents of Christmas while you find your special gift or treasure.
Fontanini Nativities
Fontanini nativities, made in Tuscany, Italy, have been a family tradition since 1908. These polymer figurines are hand-painted by skilled artisans who often paint them in their homes. Certainly, these unique pieces are sure to become a cherished family heirloom.
Fair Trade
Here at the Kristmas Kringle Shoppe, we strive to support the Fair-Trade movement by offering products from developing countries at a fair price. Pilgrim Imports supports over 400 friends and neighbors in a small village in Thailand. Local craftsmen use their traditional metalworking skills to create charming pieces of art that will enhance any Christmas tree.
Hand Painted Personalization
At the Kristmas Kringle Shoppe, we have our own artists. They are able to personlize, by hand in calligraphy, almost any ornament or gift in the store. Celebrate a birth, commemorate a marriage or honor a friend with a name, date or simple message. The above ornament is by Heart Gifts by Teresa which are Made in the USA.
